Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AiMarket at aimarketuk.com and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Aimarket UK (registered at 28 London Road, UK, Company Number 10106764).

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at info@aimarketuk.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

AiMarket generates marketing plans, content, campaigns, prospect research, and related outputs based on the business details you provide. Features and limits depend on your current plan and may change as the Service evolves.

• Pricing and included features are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@aimarketuk.com within 14 days and we'll review it fairly. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights (including IP or privacy rights).
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email through our email features.
• Generate or distribute deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content targeting minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

You keep ownership of the business details, brand assets, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You confirm you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

AiMarket, our brand, and the Service software remain our property (or that of our licensors). Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

Marketing plans, emails, prospects, competitor analyses, and other outputs are generated with the help of AI models. As between you and us, you own the outputs generated for your account, subject to these Terms.

AI outputs can contain mistakes, out-of-date information, or unsuitable recommendations. Review outputs before acting on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, or regulated-industry claims. We do not guarantee any particular marketing, revenue, or business result.

The Service can connect to third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, X, WordPress, GitHub) at your direction. Those platforms are governed by their own terms — we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime.

Except as required by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimarket UK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

On account deletion we remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by law.
